We started on the journey to understand their needs and see how we could adapt current space for additional staff. Looking to accommodate more staff through different work settings and flexible working practices.
Our design team worked up a solution which enhanced the current workspace through a furniture solution and room booking system, embracing the flexible working practices of the commercial team, while accommodating the fixed desk environment of the IT team. By offering space for all in one location enabled the business to give back flex space nearby, reduced costs and promotes collaboration and teamwork ethos.
