We are delighted to be back in Liverpool following our project win at the Royal Albert Dock, next to the renowned Tate Gallery, in the centre of the famous Liverpool Waterfront World Heritage site.
The Colonnades is a mixture of retail, leisure, residential and office space and is part of the UK's largest group of Grade 1 listed buildings.
Appointed by General Projects, and working alongside Modero and Studio MUTT we have delivered a series of tenant ready office suites, which includes installation of new mechanical systems and W/Cs.
