Key project elements included: Mechanical, Electrical, Structural including new staircase, creation of lift shaft and lift install,new external windows and doors, Bespoke Joinery, Kitchen facilities

By creating and re-purposing the 1800's grade II listed building has helped establish Hanover St as a destination of choice with other hospitality venues joining them on the successful Liverpool One development.
